Led by an experienced Stage Combat performer Krispian Foster, this dynamic, hands on* class teaches the fundamentals of unarmed combat, including slaps, punches, kicks, and reactions: a look at the foundations you need to bring high-stakes action to the stage.

Whether you're looking to sharpen your skills for auditions, expand your performance range, or just try something new, this workshop offers a supportive, high energy environment for all experience levels. Learn proper techniques, timing, and storytelling through movement while building trust and chemistry with scene partners.
