Our Research and Development project: My-Dentity has launched as we’ve started our months residency at Metal Southend. We are loving our time here already and have some exciting workshops coming up over the next month so watch this space.

Blown Fuse Theatre produces innovative theatre for inquisitive audiences, consisting of two female multidisciplinary artists wanting to create new performance possibilities and dissect the human condition.

Exploring various theatre techniques, we aim to portray stories using various disciplines, lighting styles, elements of sound and storytelling techniques, captivating our audiences by engaging all senses.

Set texts

This workshop is designed to be adapted for your institution's set text. Specifically developed to help learners expand their understanding of the set text and create their own possibilities in performance.

 

the curious incident of the dog in the night time

A workshop created to explore the play 'The Curious Incident of The Dog In The Night-Time'. This workshop is perfect for those studying the text and for those interested in physical theatre.

Shakespeare

We have chosen three of the Shakespeare set texts from the National Curriculum to explore: Macbeth, Twelfth Night, Romeo & Juliet. These vastly differing texts offer a variety of explorational possibilities in the workshop. 

 

7 days to showcase

A week long programme designed to give learners autonomy and an understanding of the skills necessary to produce a showcase. Suitable for half terms and summer breaks and culminating in a showcase open to public.
